Jenny Rawson
Jenny joined the ilume team in October 2008, and hasn't looked back! Jenny runs the office and also gets the opportunity to use her psychology background being the MBTI® practitioner to ilume's client base.
Jenny has always worked in people focused organisations, firstly at Amrop International, at the time the pre-eminent executive search firm in Australasia working with senior management and boards of directors, then for HRKnowHow providing human resources consultancy and employment relations services for their clients.
She has always worked for companies that strive to be the best at what they do, and who love to do the best for their clients.
Jenny and her husband Shane have identical twin daughters and love living at the beach at St Heliers in Auckland. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Diploma of Business Studies (HR), and is a MBTI® Certified Practitioner.
