Alistair loves his job: he feels it's a real privilege to work with people who are committed to learning, growing and getting the very best from themselves.

In his 20 years of working in people & culture roles in professional and financial services in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, he has always been inspired by developing people.

He has worked in world class organisations including PwC, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of New Zealand. Having coached leaders and team members over the years, he decided to change career to follow his passion for coaching.

Alistair understand the challenges and complexities that leaders face today. His own leadership roles include Head of Employee Relations UK for RBS during the global financial crisis, leading international teams of HR specialists supporting Mergers and Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer for a People & Communications function.
