Andrew’s career has been in variety of Corporate and Commercial Banking roles in Auckland, Hamilton, Blenheim, and Greymouth. In a somewhat conservative industry, Andrew has consistently achieved success due to a highly personable, authentic approach.

In 2012 Andrew was appointed as one of the youngest ever Regional Managers for the BNZ in their Commercial/Agri Division. One of his leadership traits was to encourage his team to consistently bring all of themselves to the work place.

Having trained through the International Coaching Community’s (ICC) Executive Coaching program, Andrew is very proud to say that he has helped a number of people identify and work towards their ideal future.

Andrew has developed a reputation based on a very ‘real’ style which combines challenging self reflection and action with consistent encouragement and inspiring support. Clients have provided feedback that they are more confident, more content, have clearer futures, and a greater sense of perspective as a result of working with Andrew.

Andrew feels privileged to find his place in the world – helping people ‘kick goals’, whatever their individual goals are. A ‘Boy from the Tron’, Andrew is married to Hana, and together with their daughter Brigitta, are proud to call Hamilton home.
