Andy Wotton

Certified ICC Coach

Andy has a long history of focusing on both people and teams to encourage strong performance and produce great results. During his 19 years as a partner at PwC he helped set up new practices and design and implement new services.  He worked extensively with senior management teams and Boards in the tertiary education sector, electricity industry, health sector and the broader public sector. Andy also provided guidance and governance advice to large commercial entities.  He is currently working with chief executives and senior management team members from listed companies, public sector entities and privately owned companies.

His passion is to achieve success through supporting and coaching people, using a coaching approach and empowering people to focus on what they want to do and how they want to operate. This work is underpinned by enabling clients to develop a strong rationale of why they are doing what they are doing.  He particularly enjoys working with leaders who are going through major change or who are contemplating major change.  He has seen real development in clients who have stepped in to new roles or new organisations that have embraced the idea of personal development.  He loves to see how businesses can change through the use of team based coaching and the development of trust and real dialogue.

Andy is married to Jude and has two children, James and Tessa. He loves soccer and has coached his son’s team for 4 years; scuba diving, where he was a dive instructor and helped to run a dive club; motor sport including racing at Manfeild in his black Honda Civic; the occasional game of golf, and is currently gaining a lot of bruises learning to mountain bike.
